Your first visit is all about getting to know your home. We’ll follow a detailed room-by-room checklist while paying close attention to the priorities you shared during booking.
If you’ve scheduled a Deep Refresh, we’ll also complete additional detail work to create a fresh foundation for future maintenance cleanings.

Not at all! Many clients provide a door code or key, while others prefer to be home during the first visit.

Not at all! We simply ask that personal belongings, important paperwork, and valuable items be put away so we can focus on cleaning your home efficiently. Everyday lived-in homes are exactly what we’re here for.

Yes! We arrive with professional-quality supplies and equipment. If you have products you’d prefer we use, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

We love pets! We simply ask that they be secured if they may become anxious or uncomfortable with visitors. Let us know about any special instructions ahead of time.

Every home is unique, so every quote is personalized. Simply complete our quote request form, and we’ll reach out with a customized estimate based on your home’s size, needs, and priorities.

Signature Clean is designed for ongoing maintenance of an already cared-for home.
Deep Refresh includes additional detail work throughout the home and is the perfect starting point for new recurring clients or seasonal resets.

Yes! We offer one-time Deep Refresh and Move-In/Move-Out services. Signature Clean is designed for recurring clients who want consistent care for their home.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer that appointment time to another client.

To make things easy, we securely keep a payment card on file through HoneyBook. Once your visit is complete, your card is automatically charged, and a receipt is e-mailed to you—no invoices or follow-up payments required.

Your peace of mind matters. If something was missed, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Life happens! Simply let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly help you reschedule your visit.
